Kimberly M. Fletcher is President of Achievers Marketing & Management, Inc. Kimberly has lead small businesses and entrepreneurs to marketing success through strategic social and web based communication tools. She is responsible for developing marketing strategies, implementing plans, and growing sales volume. Kimberly started her career as media planner/buyer within the Latin American market on corporate accounts such as Colgate-Palmolive, DHL, and Texaco. Responsibilities included performing targeting and competitive spend analysis, utilizing IMS Crosstab research software, as well as negotiating international media plans for tv, outdoor, print and out of home.
Kimberly also has intensive experience in interactive account management developing creative briefs, analyzing display creative performance, and eCRM expertise on accounts such as Harrah’s Hotel Entertainment and AT&T. She was responsible for leading creative teams and presenting to clients to ensure the brand vision was implemented. She also developed non-profit direct marketing campaigns for The Salvation Army and The ING Foundation to increase donor response rates and convert to permanent donors.
Kimberly is a graduate of The Florida State University receiving a Bachelor of Arts degree in English with a minor in Communication. She interned at The Late Show with David Letterman in New York City as a research intern. Kimberly also has experience in promotion, public relations, and business plan development. She has provided marketing presentations to Morehouse College, local secondary schools, and churches.
Kimberly is involved within the community and is a champion for economic development. Giving back to the public is vital for growth and continued enrichment. Kimberly volunteers with the MBS Food Ministry, Christians for Change Business Ministry, and other non-profit organizations. She is currently promoting an array of clients.
