Holy Redeemer Catholic Church required a website and social media marketing.  AMMI provided proposal inclusive of strategy, account management and social media strategy.  Holy Redeemer is a 70 year religious organization that required an online presence and digital footprint.  AMMI ensured that this African-American community was represented through marketing and social strategy to enrich audiences.

Black Men: Naked Truth

The one-man show, Black Men: Naked Truth created by Devin T. Robinson, professionally known as Egypt, is designed to enlighten and educate audiences on the current state of Black America.  Egypt uses confessional narration which is a mixture of acting, motivational speaking, poetry and comedy to inform on current social issues.  One man and seven characters illustrate healing truths many brothers want to say but cannot or will not articulate.  AMMI responsible for writing press release, radio interview on WAOK, social media marketing. For ticket information visit website:  www.blackmennakedtruth.com.

Promotion of Summer Food Service Program run by Little Scholars Academy.  Press Release written and distributed, article written on Atlanta Free Speech.

Minnie’s Food Pantry

Responsible for Celebrity Procurement and auction items at the Feed Just One Gala held in Plano, TX.  Gospel artists Kirk Franklin, Devon Franklin, Meagan Good, Pat Houston.
Auction items received Maroon 5 signed guitar, Jerry Seinfeld comedy tickets, movie premiere tickets from Annie which garnered over $50K in contributions.

Pearl School of Modeling

AMMI responsible for promotion and marketing of newly developed modeling school. Secured placement on local WAOK radio show, writing and distribution of press release. Write in Atlanta Free Speech online publication. Placement in College Park Press magazine.

Ida B. Wells-Barnett Birthday Celebration

The 18th annual birthday celebration of Ida B. Wells-Barnett took place in Holly Springs, Mississippi Friday July 11th thru Sunday July 13th, 2014. This unique and educational celebration included a one-woman monologue by performer Safiya Bandele of New York , tour of the Civil Rights Museum in Memphis, Tennessee as well as arts and crafts display by artist Bill Clifton. AMMI developed the press release, marketed the event to civic organizations, media outlets and handled social media outreach. The event was a true success and garnered the largest audience in recent years.

 

Tiana L. Ferrell Project

Tiana L. Ferrell is Publisher of Atlanta Free Speech which is a revival of the Memphis Free Speech and Headlight newspaper that was co-owned by her great-great grandmother Ida B. Wells-Barnett in the late 1800’s. Ms. Ferrell is responsible for the editorial direction and administration for the publication, which targets primarily African-Americans. AMMI was responsible for securing media placement in the June 2014 issue of Essence magazine which is a national publication.
